We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Rip Waters, a skilled cardiologist and compassionate physician who served our community with distinction for nearly two decades. His commitment to providing outstanding patient care leaves a lasting impact on our practice and the countless lives he touched.

Dr. Waters joined Stockton Cardiology Medical Group in 2005.
He was a native of Stockton.
