Video and Phone Visits

Depending on your condition and treatment plan, your doctor may be able to meet with you remotely by phone or video. This is a convenient way to attend an appointment to discuss your condition, symptoms, medication and treatments.

In Cardiology, it is more common that appointments will be in-person due to the need for testing and to check vital signs. If you prefer a Telehealth appointment, ask our office staff to check whether it is possible.

Video calls will take place within the MyHillChart patient portal, which is linked at the top of this website.
