Remote Blood Pressure Monitoring

Remote Patient BP Monitoring

Stockton Cardiology has partnered with Athelas to provide a new level of care with blood pressure monitoring. Athelas devices and nurses bring preventative healthcare into your home, enabling you and your doctor to monitor your health with total convenience.

How it Works

Athelas pairs you with a clinically certified nurse who regularly reviews your medical information and calls/texts you on a monthly basis to check in on your health. Your nurse works with your physician to flag diagnostics that may require medical intervention. Athelas nurses are available during business hours in your respective timezone to answer any questions you may have about your health.
